Multivitamins – It is needed for Daily Health
People in the whole world are now eager and interested in looking after their health and in keeping tune with their well-being. This is an important note and this awareness is constantly contributing to the promotion of several health supplements to benefit both the young and the old. There are many types of vitamin and supplements in the market that constantly promote their worth to health conscious individuals.

A constant and habitual daily multivitamin supplement does not only develop your general bodily functions against common flus but also improves your physical and mental condition and well
being. From time to time specification is needed in appropriately supplementing nutrients to deal with each and every individual needs. An example would be for heart disease patients, they would have to take CoEnzymeQ10 to prevent from further heart complication or problem. Alzheimer’s disease can be effectively prevented by taking a regular combination of Vitamin C, Salmon Omega and Vitamin E.


Most Multivitamin supplements have all the vitamins and nutritional ingredients that are essential for daily dosage and the recommended dosage or usually sufficient. Multivitamin supplements is also available to meet the needs of individual and also tailor to those who are pregnant and fall under a specific age brackets. Some says that multivitamins in liquid form are more efficient than the ordinary pill forms. This is base on the assumption that the body can easily absorb liquid nutrients five times more than ordinary multivitamins in tablet or capsule form. However, the preservation of liquid vitamin may be a problem, as it can easily be contaminated. So multivitamin in pill forms also have its own advantage. Also it all depends on who the manufacturer is, the reliable will definitely have a lab that will ensure the stability of each pill before allowing it to be bottled and send out for distribution.

It is said that our body needs 13 essential vitamins to function properly. To keep oru body in tip top condition, it must have vitamins A, B, C, D, E, K, B12, and the 7 B-complex vitamins. Most of these vitamins can be produced by our body through our daily food intake. The problem is it is difficult for busy people who are working to keep a complete balance diet. Most illness or even
mortality is due to the deficiency of some of the essential vitamins that is totally necessary for our body to funtion properly. This is where the emphasize of vitamin supplementation comes into the picture. It develops an immune system that prevent us from falling ill easily that is usually caused by such deficiency. With this fact in mind, it is not likely for someone not to consider having a daily intake of vitamin supplementation. So why is it necessary for individuals to take multivitamins daily? Majority of our daily diet can provide us with the basic nutritional need, the problem is that we cannot achieve a proper balance diet to get all the vitamins that our body need and in the long run we are not adding more nutrients into our body, we are depleting it daily, resulting in all forms of problems as we get older. It is not because of our age that we should suffer from back ache or osteoporosis, it is because we have not been replacing what we are losing everyday from our younger days.  It is not compulsory to take multivitamins daily, but I think it is worth it as far as good health and general well being is concerned.


It is clear that daily intake of multivitamins do more good than harm to our body. Certain people under certain circumstances may  need to increase their dietary needs. Especially women, during their first few months of prenancy, it is highly recomemded that they take multivitamins. This not only provide the pregnant mothers with sufficient nutrition but also proper vitamins to benefit the
unborn child inside their womb. Daily intake of multivitamins reduces the risk of transmitting malnutrition from a pregnant woman to her unborn child. Other problems such as old age, alcoholism, smoking, andexposureto excessive pollution are detrimental to our bodily functioning system which can be counter measured by multivitamins.

Another main issue is stress. Stress is also one big risk factor which needs serious supplementation that only multivitamins can provide. People who have to work under pressue  and do not have much time in keeping up with their health requirements, multivitamins are essential 
to keep them fit and always on the healthy list without any risk of health complications in the long run. Beside the problem of stress, daily multivitamins intake also minimize the risk of  cancer or any cardiovascular disease. It does not mean that taking multivitamins will prevent you from getting cancer, in fact there is a very high chances of an indvidual getting cancer in his lifetime, it is better to stand against the odd then to be sorry. Even though cancer today is not as deadly as it seems to be 10 years ago.


A lot of people, have testify to have a better well being and health when they take multivitamins regularly. This is due to the combined and multiple effects of the supplemental ingredients found in multivitamins. A fat-soluble antioxidant vitamin E for example, works to neutralize probable harmful free radical in the body. This vitamin also helps to maintain healthy skin through protection of cell membranes and blood circulation. Another antioxidant is the Vitamin C which is vital in collagen formation, wound healing, and formation of bone structures, capillaries, and teeth.  

It is proven that daily intake of multivitamins is beneficial for our body there is no guarantee that we will be prevented from serious illness. There are many attribute or factors that can get us into sickness and sometime cannot be explained. A common misconception that symptoms of disease can be cured by taking multivitamins. Health experts have the better opinion of immediate medical  assistance rather than resorting to multivitamins alone. Remember, vitamin is taken as a prevention and not as a cure, if you are sick, cerainly you need to see a doctor. Once you are back to your normal health, then take multivitamins to fortified your body system so that the chance of you fallling sick again is less likely.
